Considering the increasing labor shortages in the HoReCa sector, WFC has expanded its product range with pasteurized potatoes as of December 2024.

All potatoes come with a shelf life of 60 days and are pre-cooked, making them ready for quick meal preparation. They can be served cold immediately or thermally processed in an oven, steamer, or fryer within minutes.

The product range includes baby potatoes with and without skin, whole potatoes with and without skin, wedge-cut potatoes, sliced potatoes for moussaka, diced potatoes, and other items.
