The products of World Food Center are strictly monitored at every stage of production and processing, ensuring quality "from farm to table." They are produced in accordance with the highest food safety standards. The company adheres to Global GAP, HACCP, and the standards set by the ISC laboratory.

Global GAP

The GLOBAL G.A.P. standard is applied in the production process, enabling the monitoring of the entire process at all stages of fruit and vegetable cultivation to prevent the risk of contamination with prohibited substances. When contracting and sourcing raw materials for the processing and distribution of salads, vegetables, and fruits, World Food Center strives to select reliable agricultural producers who adhere to the GLOBAL G.A.P. standard in their cultivation practices.

HACCP

HACCP is a food safety system based on the analysis and control of potential biological/microbiological, chemical, and physical hazards that raw materials may be exposed to, as well as possible risks during handling, production, distribution, and consumption of the final product. Throughout the entire food production chain, from raw material reception to the delivery of the final product, World Food Center adheres to standard operating procedures and guidelines to minimize food safety risks.

ISC

World Food Center utilizes the Iceberg Salat Centar sensory and microbiological laboratory to enhance quality. Within the laboratory, daily testing of raw material samples and finished processed products is conducted to ensure food safety and enable timely action in case of detected deviations. The company's primary goal is to provide its customers with safe and high-quality products.
